Warranty & Return / Refund Policy
Change of Mind Returns
“Change of mind” includes purchasing the wrong item, ordering in error, or buying a product that is not suitable for your intended use.
We accept change-of-mind returns if all conditions below are met:

Return request is made within 30 days of purchase

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels/tags attached

You have contacted us and received approval for the return

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

Items must arrive back to us in resellable condition
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed less the original shipping cost we paid to send the item to you, even if your order qualified for free or discounted shipping.
Items that arrive damaged due to poor packing on the return freight will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect customers and ensure product integrity, the following items cannot be returned for change of mind:

Used items of any kind

Consumables that have been opened or used (blades, discs, bits, adhesives, lubricants, cutting oils, abrasives, tapes, fasteners, drill bits, grinding wheels, hole saws, sanding discs)

Special orders or items marked “Clearance”

Items that have been installed, fitted, modified, or altered
-
Items missing parts, manuals, or accessories
Faulty Product Returns
If a product is faulty, incorrectly described, or not as advertised, we will repair, replace, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
To process a faulty item:

Contact us first

Provide photos/videos and a description of the issue

We may request the item back for testing
Please note:

Products damaged due to incorrect use, abuse, or improper installation will not be covered

Consumables are covered only if faulty on arrival (not after use)
-
If the product is tested and found not faulty, it will be returned to you
Courier Damage / Missing Parts
If your order arrives damaged:

Notify us within 24 hours
-
Provide photos of the packaging and product
-
Keep all packaging until the claim is processed
This protects you for courier insurance claims.
Missing parts must also be reported within 24 hours.
Refunds
If your refund is approved:

The purchase price (excluding shipping) will be refunded to your original payment method

Refunds typically take 1–5 business days after inspection

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed faulty
-
Items that do not meet our policy will be shipped back to you
Trade Customers
Trade, business, commercial, and bulk customers are covered for faulty items but are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless approved at our discretion.
